Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of bronchoscopic lavage combined with doxycline in children with severe drug-resistant mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis.Methods:92 children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis treated in Xuchang Central Hospital January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group(46 cases, doxycycline treatment)and observation group(46 cases, bronchoscopic lavage combined with doxycycline treatment). The levels of locate dehydrogenase(LDH),ferritin,D-dimer,inflammatory factors and the recovery time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:LDH,ferritin, and D-dimer levels fell of the observation group were lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=2.198,2.535,2.692;P<0.05).After treatment, both groups of children saw a drop in inflammatory variables, with the observation group showing significantly lower levels than the control group, with statistally significant difference(t=3.648,2.659;P<0.05).The observation group showed significantly shorter recovery times for each symptom compared to the control group(t=3.643,2.412,2.797,2.582;P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of bronchoscopic lavage combined with doxycycline is good. The application of this treatment plan can significantly alleviate the inflammatory response in children with severe drug-resistant mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia complicated with atelectasis, shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms in children, and promote disease recovery.
