Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Less Abdomen in the Treatment of Postoperative Intestinal Adhesive Abdominal Pain

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of postoperative intestinal adhesive abdominal pain.Methods:A total of 80 patients with intestinal adhesive abdominal pain after abdominal surgery admitted to Tianjin Hedong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The two groups received different treatment plans,and they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group used moxibustion combined with abdomen,and the control group used western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,pain score,time of clinical symptom improvement,and time of gastrointestinal function recovery score between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The time for clinical symptoms to disappear and gastrointestinal function to return to normal in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.114,t=-15.145,-12.989;P＜0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-4.965,-3.866;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postoperative intestinal adhesive abdominal pain can achieve better clinical effect,reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life.
