Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum indicators and immune disorders on acute gastrointestinal injury(AGI)complicated by multiple injuries.Methods:124 patients with multiple injuries admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(multiple injuries without combined AGI,n=81)and observation group(combined AGI,n=43).According to the severity level of AGI,the observation group was divided into multiple injuries with mild AGI(M-AGI)group,multiple injuries with severe AGI(S-AGI)group.The differences in serum and immunological parameters between the groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The levels of various indicators of serum were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=11.029,7.050,14.872,5.216,5.982,2.219;P<0.05).The levels of immune-related indicators in the control group were significantly different from the observation group(t=9.566,7.478,3.994,8.432,11.518,8.769,6.591,2.939;P<0.05).The differences were all statistically significant in serum and immune indicators(t=4.572,2.627,2.201,3.200,3.356,7.734,4.424,2.910,2.166,2.249,2.592;P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with multiple injuries combined with AGI have immune disorders in the early stage, and the levels of key indicators such as D-dimer,I-FABP,α-GST,APTT,citrulline,interleukin and lymphocyte subsets are useful for more accurate diagnosis and treatment.
