Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of Daretozumab(DARA)combined with P-CTD chemotherapy on bone metabolism indicators and immune function in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods:92 MM patients admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected, and all patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group was treated with P-CTD chemotherapy regimen, while the observation group was treated with DARA combined with P-CTD chemotherapy regimen. The clinical efficacy, bone metabolism indicators, and immune function were compared between two groups. The adverse reactions of the two groups were calculated. Results:After treatment, the disease control rate(DCR)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.449,P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and osteocalcin(BGP)in both groups were all higher than before treatment, while the C-terminal peptide of type I collagen(CTX-Ⅰ)was lower than before treatment. In addition, the ALP and BGP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CTX-Ⅰ was lower than those in the control group(t=7.194,5.535,9.886;P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than before treatment, and CD8+was lower than before treatment. In addition, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8+was lower than those in the control group(t=4.826,6.103,11.614,7.270;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total adverse reaction rates between the two groups(χ2=1.781,P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of DARA and P-CTD chemotherapy is effective in treating MM patients. It can improve bone metabolism indicators, regulate immune function, and not significantly increase adverse reactions.
