Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of multidisciplinary cooperation chain emergency rescue on the development of emergency work and prognosis in stroke after bridging treatment. Methods:Selecting 68 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from January 2023 and August 2024 as research subjects, they were divided into chain group(multidisciplinary cooperation chain emergency rescue)and control group(routine first-aid)by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The timeliness indexes of emergency treatment, coordination of emergency work, patients prognosis and satisfaction of family members in the two groups were compared. Results:The timeliness indexes of emergency treatment in chain group were all lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.203,9.055,15.962,7.996,11.959;P<0.001).The results of emergency work coordination in chain group were all higher than those the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.231,4.660,7.704;P<0.05).After 14 d of intervention, prognosis score in chain group was lower than that in control group(t=2.237,2.394;P<0.05).Compared with control group, satisfaction of family members was higher in chain group, the difference was statistically significont(χ2=4.221,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary cooperation chain emergency rescue in bridging treatment of stroke can improve timeliness of emergency treatment, optimize the coordination of emergency work, improve nerve function and prognosis of patients, and improve satisfaction of family members.
