Abstract:Objective:To analyze the relationship between serum levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and adverse pregnancy outcomes through prenatal screening,so as to take relevant intervention measures as soon as possible to prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods:A total of 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy pregnant patients documented in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of AMH,fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were compared between the observation group and the control group. The changes of serum AMH,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR indexes between the observation group and the control group were compared.Univariate and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting PCOS pregnancy, and serum AMH level was used to evaluate the predictive value of PCOS pregnancy.PCOS patients were divided into high AMH group and low AMH group according to the best cut-off value of serum AMH expression level, and the efficacy of diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum AMH expression level and FINS and HOMA-IR in pregnant patients with PCOS.Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of serum AMH,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the observation group increased significantly.Logistic regression analysis showed that AMH and BMI were independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes with PCOS,and the area under ROC curve(AUC)for AMH diagnosis of PCOS was 0.890(95%CI:0.850~0.900),the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of PCOS in the high AMH group was higher than that in the low AMH group.Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that FINS levels and HOMA-IR levels were positively correlated with AMH levels. Conclusion:AMH is closely related to the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome of PCOS,and can predict the adverse pregnancy outcome of PCOS,which has clinical practical value.
