Exploration of the Effect of SYNGR4 Expression on Hepatocellular Carcinoma Based on Bioinformatics Analysis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the expression of SYNGR4 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its association with the prognosis of HCC patients and immune infiltration.Methods:The original RNA sequencing data and clinical data of pan-cancer and HCC patients were downloaded from TCGA databases,and R4.2.1 was used to extract the expression value of the SYNGR4 gene and its association with prognosis.Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA)was used to investigate the biological functions and signaling pathways associated with SYNGR4.Based on ssGSEA,whether SYNGR4 was related to immune cell infiltration levels was analyzed.Results:TCGA showed that SYNGR4 was significantly upregulated in pan-cancer and HCC(P＜0.05),and the result of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the expression of SYNGR4 was associated with the poor prognosis of HCC patients(P＜0.05).Immune infiltration showed that SYNGR4 expression was negatively related to the infiltration levels of CD8+T cells.Conclusion:SYNGR4 may be used as a biomarker to determine prognosis and immune infiltration in HCC.
