Construction of Domestic Robot Operating Room Nurses Based on Job Competency

Abstract：Objective:To construct a training program for domestic robot operating room nurses based on post competency,and to demonstrate its application effectiveness.Methods:24 domestic robot operating room nurses in the hospital from January to December 2023 were included in observation.During the period,based on evidence-based analysis and combined with the current status of domestic robot operating room nurses in the hospital,a set of domestic robot operating room nurses based on post competence was developed and applied.The endpoint of the study was to observe the differences in job competence of the nurse group before and after training,the satisfaction of the chief surgeon with nursing cooperation,the nurses'job identity and job burnout,and comprehensively demonstrate the effectiveness of this training program.The above pre-training index data were included in the control group(n=24),and the post-training index data were included in the observation group(n=24).Results:In terms of post competency score,the nurses'professional knowledge,professional skills,professional ability and personal characteristics were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.460,2.232,2.305,2.519,3.582;P＜0.05).In terms of job identity of nurses,during the observation group,the score and total score of professional value identity,work environment identity,personal growth and development,and job satisfaction were all higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.484,3.875,4.544,4.401,3.801,4.592;P＜0.05).In terms of burnout scale(MBI-GS)score,the nurses'sense of achievement,work attitude and emotional exhaustion were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.077,4.440,7.848,8.778;P＜0.05).In addition,during the observation group,the satisfaction of the nurses in the operating room was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.195,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on the framework of domestic robot training program for nurses can further improve the post competence of nurses,improve the coordination degree of operating room nursing,indirectly affect the professional identity of nurses,and alleviate the job burnout produced in the new period.
