Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical value of coronary CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:415 patients who were suspected of coronary heart disease and admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. All patients received coronary CTA and the results were analyzed.A month later, coronary angiography was performed, and the results were analyzed. The detection of vascular lesions by the two examination methods was compared.Coronary angiography was taken as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of coronary CTA.Results:Among the 415 patients,a total of 747 lesion branches were detected by coronary CTA,and a total of 752 lesion branches were detected by coronary angiography. There was no statistically significant difference in the detection of vascular lesions between the two(χ2=0.049,0.025,0.005,0.078;P>0.05).Coronary angiography confirmed 394 positive cases and 21 negative cases.According to the gold standard of coronary angiography, its sensitivity was 99.74%,and the specificity was 76.92%.Conclusion:Coronary CTA has significant advantages in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. It can improve diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, with basically the same effect as coronary angiography. It can provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis. However, there is still a certain misdiagnosis rate.
