Study on the Impact of Short-term Psychotherapy Under the Focused Solution Mode on the Rehabilitation Effect of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective:To observe the impact of short-term psychotherapy under the focused solution mode on the rehabilitation effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods:This study was a prospective study.110 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected and divided into conventional group and focused group using computer randomization,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine rehabilitation management,while the focused group received short-term psychotherapy based on a focused solution mode on the basis of routine rehabilitation management.The psychological status,rehabilitation compliance and neurological function recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the focused group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.784,2.924;P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical burden,emotional burden and economic burden of the patients in the focus group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.947,6.007,11.823;P＜0.001).The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation compliance in the focused group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=2.062,P＜0.05).After the intervention,the modified Rakin Scale(mRs)score of patients in the focused group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the modified Barthel Index(MBI)of patients in the focused group was higher than that in the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(t=8.701,2.490;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Short-term psychotherapy under the focused solution mode can improve the psychological state of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and reduce their self perceived burden.It has positive significance in improving rehabilitation compliance and promoting neurological function recovery.
