Clinical Study on Intervention of Cancer Pain in Patients with Lung Cancer by Timing Micro-needle Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Embedding Beans

Abstract：Objective:To explore the efficacy of clinical application of timing micro-needle acupuncture combined with auricular point embedding beans intervention on cancer pain in patients with lung cancer.Methods:82 patients with lung cancer in the hospital were selected from February 2023 to April 2024,and were divided into combined group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine lung cancer nursing and auricular point embedding beans intervention,and on this basis,the combined group was combined with timing application of micro-needle acupuncture intervention.Both groups were continuously intervened for 1 week.The TCM syndrome scores,the degree of cancer pain,the quality of life scores of the two groups before and after the intervention,the frequency of pain outbreaks after the intervention,and the effective time of analgesia after analgesic treatment for pain outbreaks were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased,and the decreases of scores in combined group were greater(t=2.211,2.267,2.971,3.256;P＜0.05).The NRS score in both groups was reduced after intervention,and the reduction in combined group was more obvious(t=2.377,2.221,8.499;P＜0.05).After the intervention was completed,the total number of outbreaks in the combined group was less than that in the control group,and the average effective time of analgesia in the combined group was also shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=2.005,2.342,P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Lung Cancer Therapeutic Function Evaluation System(FACT-L)in both groups increased.The FACT-L score in the combined group increased more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.335,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Timing micro-needle acupuncture combined with auricular point embedding beans has significant effect on cancer pain in patients with lung cancer.It can effectively improve the symptoms,relieve the pain perception of patients with lung cancer,reduce the number and duration of breakthrough pain,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
