Research on the Application of Nebuprofen Assisted Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia in TURP Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of nalbuphine assisted laryngeal mask anesthesia in TURP.Methods:This study is a prospective study,with 113 TURP surgery patients admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into a general anesthesia group(56 cases)and nabupine group(57 cases)using computer randomization.The general anesthesia group received laryngeal mask anesthesia,while the nabupine group received nabupine assisted laryngeal mask anesthesia.The postoperative analgesic effect,surgical stress,postoperative sedation,anesthesia recovery,and anesthesia safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of patients in the nalbuphine group 1 h,3 h,and 5 h after surgery were all lower than those in the general anesthesia group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.228,4.494,4.695;P＜0.05).After the operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),and angiotensinⅡ(Ang Ⅱ)in the nalbuphine group were all lower than those in the general anesthesia group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.663,3.661,3.281;P＜0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores(RSS)of patients in the nalbuphine group 1 h,3 h,and 5 h after surgery were all higher than those in the general anesthesia group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.044,4.956,4.857;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nalbuphine assisted laryngeal mask general anesthesia can enhance the analgesic effect after TURP,reduce surgical stress and postoperative restlessness in patients.It has high safety.
