Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of skin flap repair surgery at different stages on patients with electric injuries and the impact of skin flap survival rate. Methods:Electric shock injury patients admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 80 patients were included in the study. The selected patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different time after admission, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received skin flap repair treatment 4~6 days after admission, while the observation group received skin flap repair treatment 1~3 days after admission. The surgical indicators, flap survival rate, appearance score, sensory function, and quality of life were compared. Results:The operation time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the flap transplantation area and the area after debridement in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=13.289,9.692,2.552;P<0.05).The flap survival rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P<0.05).12 months after the operation, the flap shape score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the sensory function was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=9.752,χ2=10.489;P<0.05).12 months after operation, the scores of the physiological and psychological dimensions of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.070,3.901;P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with electric injuries who undergo flap repair surgery within 3 days of injury can shorten the surgical operation time, reduce the area of flap transplantation and debridement, improve the survival rate of the flap, improve the appearance and sensory function of the affected part, and improve the quality of life.
