Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological resilience and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with MPS and its internal mechanism-the mediating effect of coping style and the regulating effect of symptoms before treatment.Methods:120 MPS patients from January to June in 2022 were selected from the gynecology clinic of a national medical center in Zhejiang Province. Before treatment, the general condition, psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)and modified Kupperman scale were used to measure the general condition, psychological resilience, coping style and symptom level before treatment. And after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the information of the improved Kupperman score scale was collected again to get the symptom data after treatment. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated by the difference of MPS symptoms before and after treatment. Results:The psychological resilience of the research subjects was positively correlated with positive coping, negatively correlated with negative coping, and negatively correlated with positive coping and negative coping. The psychological resilience of the research subjects was positively correlated with the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(KI difference)(r=0.661,P<0.01).The positive coping of the research subjects was positively correlated with the KI difference(r=0.398,P<0.01).In the influence of psychological resilience on the KI difference, positive coping played a partial mediating effect, accounting for 15.39%of the effect, while negative coping played masking effect, accounting for 8.86%of the effect. The severity of symptoms in MPS patients before treatment had positive moderating effect on the relationship between psychological resilience and the KI difference. When the total KI score before treatment was at different levels, there was an interaction between psychological resilience and the total KI score before treatment(t=4.039,P<0.01).Conclusion:There is significant positive correlation between the level of psychological elasticity and active coping style, and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with MPS.In the influence of psychological elasticity on the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with MPS,coping style plays an intermediary role and pre-treatment symptoms play a regulatory role.
