Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)on the levels of oxidative stress index[superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)],C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in sepsis patients.Methods:126 patients with sepsis admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were divided into early group and late group, with 63 cases in each group according to different treatment timing.CRRT treatment was performed within 24 h and 24~48 h after admission to ICU,respectively.Clinical indexes, laboratory index, renal function indexes and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results:All clinical indicators of patients in the early group were better than those in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.725,3.222,3.466;P<0.05).After treatment, the laboratory indicators of the early group were all better than the late group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.170,12.565,4.292,4.266,5.240;P<0.05).After treatment, the renal function conditions of patients in the early group were all better than those in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.556,6.214,6.092,3.712;P<0.05).The 28-day survival rate of patients in the early group was higher than that in the late group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.635,P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of CRRT in the early stage of sepsis is better than that in the late stage, which can better reduce the severity of patients'disease, reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, improve infection, renal function and symptoms of patients, shorten the treatment time of CRRT,and improve the survival rate.
