Abstract:Objective:To explore the intervention value of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring in patients with consciousness disorders in ICU.Methods:80 patients with consciousness disorders ICU of the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from February to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects. All patients who underwent neuroelectrophysiological monitoring were divided into the control group(40 cases, higher than 8 points)and the experimental group(40 cases, not higher than 8 points)based on the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score. The electroencephalogram(EEG)grades, brainstem auditory evoked potential grades and somatosensory evoked potential grades of the two groups were compared. Results:The number of cases with good prognosis in electroencephalogram, brainstem auditory evoked potential and somatosensory evoked potential in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.252,19.527,11.429;P<0.05).Conclusion:Through neuroelectrophysiological monitoring methods, the condition status of patients with consciousness disorders in ICU can be understood in a timely manner, which is conducive to the timely adoption of targeted intervention measures.
