Abstract:Objective:To investigate the pregnancy outcome of the modified long protocol, antagonist protocol and progestin-primed ovarian stimulation(PPOS)protocol in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The clinical data of 116 cycles of PCOS infertile patients from January 2016 to December 2016 admitted to the hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different ovulation induction protocols, they were divided into group A(modified long protocol),group B(antagonist protocol)and group C(PPOS protocol). The basic conditions, ovulation induction effect, the incidence of moderate to severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and pregnancy outcome of the three groups were compared. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in indicators such as Gn initiation volume, oocyte retrieval number, and M Ⅱ number among the three groups of patients(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of Gn days and the total dose of Gn between group A and group C(P<0.05).In Group C,egg retrieval was cancelled in cycle 1 due to follicular escape. The available embryo rate in group A was 71.75%,which was higher than 69.91%in group B and 66.67%in group C,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).OHSS did not occur in all three groups of patients. The clinical pregnancy outcomes of fresh transplantation in group A and group B were compared. The clinical pregnancy rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the live birth rate of fresh transplantation between the two groups(P>0.05).The live birth rate of the first FET in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified long protocol is the preferred ovulation induction protocol for infertile patients with PCOS due to its stable clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate. The antagonist protocol has a short ovulation induction time and effectively prevents or even completely avoids the occurrence of early-onset OHSS.In recent years,it has been more widely used in patients with PCOS.In clinical work, the indications and contraindications of different ovulation induction protocols should be strictly mastered to obtain safe and effective pregnancy outcomes.
