Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of reverse precise thrombolysis technology on slow blood flow/no reflow phenomenon during emergency PCI in AMI patients.Methods:100 AMI patients admitted in the hospital from January 2022 and December 2023 were randomly divided into conventional group and reverse group, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups received emergency PCI treatment. The conventional group received conventional coronary thrombus aspiration assisted PCI treatment, while the reverse group received reverse precise thrombolysis assisted treatment. The myocardial perfusion, myocardial injury, cardiac function recovery, and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results:The proportions of patients in the reverse group with thrombolytic therapy for myocardial infarction(TIMI)grade 3 and TIMI myocardial perfusion grade(TMPG)3 were both higher than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(x2=5.483,6.250;P<0.05).After treatment, the TIMI frame count(eTFC)of patients in the reverse group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the myocardial perfusion index(PI)was higher than that in the conventional group. The differences were statistically significant(t=3.006,2.502;P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of myoglobin(MYO),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the reverse group were all lower than those in the conventional group. The differences were statistically significant(t=2.317,3.547,2.495;P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients in the reverse group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)were both lower than those in the conventional group. The differences were statistically significant(t=2.468,3.651,2.494;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the reverse group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.592,P<0.05).Conclusion:Reverse precise thrombolysis technology can improve myocardial perfusion and cardiac function in patients with AMI,and reduce the risks of slow/no reflow blood flow, myocardial injury and poor prognosis after PCI.
