Abstract:Objective:To explore the value application of cluster care in patients with Da Vinci robot-assisted radical resection of prostate cancer.Methods:70 prostate cancer patients admitted in the hospital from October 2022 and October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received bundled care during the perioperative period. The general surgical indicators, pain level, complications, and inflammatory factors between two groups were compared. Results:The time for patients of the observation group to get out of bed for the first time, the time to eat independently, and the length of hospital stay were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.904,3.793,4.213;P<0.05).The postoperative pain degree scores of the patients of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.616,4.871,4.919;P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observer patients was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.200,P<0.05).After the nursing care, the verified inflammatory response of the observer patients was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.123,6.731;P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster care can meet the nursing needs of prostate cancer patients, and then shorten the postoperative rehabilitation, reduce postoperative pain, but also effectively reduce the risk of complications, improve prostate function, and control the postoperative inflammatory response.
