Abstract:Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of batroxase injection combined with butylphthalein injection in the treatment of acute advanced cerebral infarction,in order to provide reference information for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:585 patients with acute advanced cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as study samples and divided into study group A,study Group B and study group C by random number table grouping method. The sample size of the 3 groups was 195 cases. The single blind study method was adopted, and all patients in the 3 groups received basic symptomatic supportive treatment. On this basis, batroxylase injection was used in group A,butylphthalein injection was used in group B,and batroxylase injection combined with butylphthalein injection was used in group C.The neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Barthel index, cerebral blood flow in ischemic area, inflammatory factor level, clinical effective rate and long-term recurrence rate were compared among the three groups. Results:The clinical effective rate of patients in study group C was higher than that in study group A and study group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.933,P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of patients in study group C was lower than that in study group A and study group B,and the Barthel index was higher than that in study group A and study group B.The differences were statistically significant(F=11.398,14.963;P<0.001).After the treatment, the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area of patients in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(F=4.441,9.527;P<0.001).After the treatment, the inflammatory factor dimension in group C was more advantageous, and the differences were statistically significant(F=11.084,16.930;P<0.001).The long-term recurrence rate of group C was lower than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.125,P<0.05).Conclusion:Batroxase injection combined with butylphthalide injection can obtain satisfactory clinical effects in patients with acute advanced cerebral infarction, which can promote the repair of injured nerves, promote the establishment of collateral circulation, improve the patients'self-care ability, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors. The clinical efficacy is significant, and the long-term recurrence rate is low.
