Abstract:Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of CT guided directional soft channel hematoma aspiration in patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage(HBGH).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with HBGH admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.50 patients who underwent craniotomy for hematoma removal were included in the control group, while 50 patients who underwent CT guided guided guided soft channel hematoma aspiration were included in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, surgical related indicators, neurological function, complications, and prognosis between two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.012,P<0.05).The hematoma clearance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the operation and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=5.005,39.278,11.753;P<0.05).After the operation, the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.354,P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).The modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score of patients in the observation group was(1.51±0.24)points,which was lower than of the control group(2.63±0.41),and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.670,P<0.001).Conclusion:CT guided targeted soft channel hematoma aspiration can remove hematoma in patients with HBGH,with shorter surgical procedures and hospital stay.It can significantly reduce neurological damage, and fewer complications, which is beneficial for prognosis.
