Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of accompanying resuscitation on restlessness and psychological state during the recovery period of pediatric ophthalmic surgery. Methods:This study was a prospective study. The study subjects were randomly selected from 128 children who underwent ophthalmic surgery in Zhengzhou Children's Hospital of Henan Province Children's Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023.The study grouping method was computer random grouping. They were randomly divided into a conventional group and an experimental group, with 64 cases in each group. The routine group implemented routine recovery management, while the experimental group implemented family companionship recovery management. The anesthesia recovery status, perioperative restlessness, psychological status, and surgical stress of the two groups of children were compared. Results:The eye-opening time and the stay time in the anesthesia recovery room(PACU)of the children in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.888,3.130;P<0.05).1 h,3 h and 5 h after the operation, the score of the Pediatric Anesthesia Recovery Restlessness Scale(PAED)in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.212,3.908,2.132;P<0.05).The scores of language, activity, emotional expression, alertness state and parental dependence of the children in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.416,2.741,3.514,3.572,4.423;P<0.05).After operation, the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.050,3.537,3.181;P<0.05).Conclusion:Accompanying resuscitation can promote postoperative recovery in children undergoing ophthalmic surgery, alleviate restlessness after recovery, improve anxiety, and have positive implications for surgical stress response.
