Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between maternal infant attachment and post-traumatic growth in primiparous women,so as to provide scientific support for the development of targeted intervention plans. Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 104 primiparous women who gave birth in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Tianjin Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 as the research subjects. The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)was used to assess the level of posttraumatic growth, and the Maternal Infant Attachment Scale(CMPAS)was used to assess the relationship between mother and infant.A general information questionnaire was designed to record the general information of primiparas after childbirth, and to analyze the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth in primiparas after childbirth and the correlation between maternal and infant attachment and post-traumatic growth. Results:After excluding invalid questionnaires, data from 100 primiparous women were finally included in this survey for analysis. The total score of the PTGI scale was(51.91±13.89)points,and the total score of the CMPAS scale was(59.32±11.32)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that postpartum mother-infant attachment of primiparas was positively correlated with post-traumatic growth(r=0.347,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that monthly family income, infant health status, and mother-infant attachment were factors influencing the post-traumatic growth of primiparas after childbirth(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between maternal infant attachment and post-traumatic growth, and active measures should be taken to enhance maternal infant attachment to improve the level of post-traumatic growth in primiparous women.
