Comparison of the Therapeutic Effects of Different Therapies of Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang on Mid-term Chronic Renal Failure Anemia

Abstract：Objective:To compare the effects of different therapies of Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang on the efficacy of mid-term chronic renal failure anemia.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 75 patients with mid-term chronic renal failure anemia admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 into three groups,with 25 cases in each group.Group A was treated with self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang combined with iron,Group B was treated with self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang combined with rosacetam,and Group C was treated with self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang combined with recombinant human erythropoietin.All 3 groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,anemia related indicators,renal function indicators,quality of life and adverse reactions among three groups were compared.Results:Total effective rates among the three treatment groups,with no statistically significant difference(χ2=1.087,P＞0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of Hb,RBC,HCT,Scr,BUN and the scores of quality of life evaluation scale(SF-36)among the three groups(F=0.027,0.133,1.446,0.013,0.107,0.258,0.176,1.121,0.016;P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(χ2=2.856,P=0.240).Conclusion:The combination of Wenshen Jianpi Shengxue Tang and Western medicine has better effect on treating patients with mid-term chronic renal failure anemia.It can improve anemia,protect renal function,and improve quality of life.It is safe and reliable.
