Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy on surgical stress, postoperative recovery, bladder function, and fertility outcomes in patients with stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer who preserve fertility. Methods:A total of 36 patients with stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2023 and had the intention to conceive but needed to preserve their reproductive function were selected. The study subjects all took oral medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets and received combined laparoscopic surgery. The surgical stress indicators of the patients were compared 1 day before and 24 hours after surgery. The postoperative recovery, bladder function and incidence of complications were recorded. The follow-up situation was recorded. The recurrence rate and clinical pregnancy rate during the follow-up period were also recorded.Results:24 hours after surgery, the levels NE,AD and COR in patients increased compared to the day before surgery, with statistically significant difference(t=5.485,14.207,11.579;P<0.05).After the operation, the incidence of complications in the patients was 5.56%.The postoperative recurrence rate of 36 patients was 11.11%,and the clinical pregnancy rate was 16.67%.Conclusion:The combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy is effective in preserving fertility in patients with stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer.Although there is surgical stress,it is still beneficial for patient prognosis and can achieve a certain clinical pregnancy rate.
