Observation on the Clinical Effect of Sodium Fondaparinum Injection for Anticoagulant Treatment in Patients with Threatened Miscarriage

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sudagan Sodium Injection on anticoagulant therapy in patients with threatened miscarriage.Methods:70 patients with threatened miscarriage who were treated in the hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin, while the observation group was treated with sulfamethoxazole sodium injection. The coagulation function, hormone levels, and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen(Fg)and D-dimer(D-D)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=4.904,3.159,3.346,3.662,4.659;P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.590,2.559,19.720;P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion:Anticoagulant treatment with sulfamethoxazole sodium injection in patients with threatened miscarriage can improve coagulation function;increase E2,P and β-hCG;and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
