Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of improving quality diet on clinical indexes and immune function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:60 patients with low protein pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine diet management, and the observation group was given high-quality diet structure.Sputum test results, body mass index(BMI),body protein levels[including total protein(TP),albumin and hemoglobin(ALB),and Hemoglobin(HGB)],peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels before and after treatment were observed. Results:After management, the positive proportion of smears was 30.0%in the control group and 3.34%in the observation group. The proportion of negative smears was 60.0%in the control group and 96.6%in the observation group. The levels of BMI,TP,ALB and HGB in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=-2.715,-1.918,-5.069,-4.427;P<0.05).The contents of CD3+and CD4+in the peripheral blood and the level of CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=-4.850,-5.223,-2.769;P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality diet can correct the low expression of albumin and hemoglobin in vivo, improve the immune function, and increase the negative result of sputum test.
