Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of Endu combined with programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)inhibitors on the short-term efficacy and serum tumor marker levels in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:62 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group of(30 cases)according to different treatment regimens. The recent effects, tumor markers, serum inflammatory expression and the side effects of patient treatment of two groups were compared. Results:The objective response rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.511,P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.924,5.209;P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of keratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)between the two groups of patients(t=0.503,P>0.05).After treatment, the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the ratio of platelets to lymphocytes(PLR)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=4.459,3.440;P<0.001).The comparison of the incidence of each adverse reaction between the two groups of patients showed statistically significant differences(χ2=0.271,0.041,0.031,1.213,0.603,0.096;P<0.05).Conclusion:Endu combined with PD-1 inhibitors has achieved good short-term results in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. It can reduce the expression of serum tumor markers,NLR levels, and PLR levels;and improve its tumor inflammatory microenvironment.
