Abstract:Objective:To observe the endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy surgeries under different anastomotic designs and explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy surgeries in different situations.Methods:60 patients with dacryocystitis who were diagnosed and required nasal endoscopic surgery and admitted to Jiangxi Fengcheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the Z-shaped incision group and the U-shaped incision group according to different anastomotic designs, with 30 cases in each group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative effective rate, tear overflow degree, wound pain and ocular discomfort in the surgical area, and VAS score of the two different surgical methods were compared. Results:The comparison of the surgical effects between the two groups of patients showed statistically significant difference(χ2=6.449,P<0.05).The degree of tear overflow after surgery in the Z-shaped incision group was lower than that in the U-shaped incision group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.473,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups of patients(χ2=0.667,P>0.05).Conclusion:Z-type incision is more effective, while the degree of postoperative lacriorrhea was lower. However, there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative VAS score between the two groups. When choosing a surgical method, the specific condition and surgical needs of the patients should be comprehensively considered.
