Abstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of early identification and emergency measures for patients with aortic dissection in primary hospitals relying on chest pain centers under the medical consortium model. Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 120 patients diagnosed with aortic dissection admitted to a tertiary Grade B comprehensive hospital in a county in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2023.They were randomly divided into groups A,B and C according to the number table. Results:The total number of completed studies in groups A,B and C was 39,30 and 38,respectively.The differences in chest tightness, chest pain, pulse heart rate pressure difference, and CTA aortic wall thickness were compared and statistically significant(χ2=-1.10.155,t=920.142,10.155;P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of a chest pain center and the assistance of medical consortium have significantly improved the identification of early aortic dissection and optimized emergency procedures and success rate of patient treatment in grassroots hospitals.
