Effect of Prehospital Mechanical Ventilation Treatment on Emergency Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage with Respiratory Failure

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of prehospital mechanical ventilation on vital signs,blood gas index and on neurological function,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with respiratory failure.Methods:42 elderly patients with respiratory failure and 42 patients of respiratory failure admitted to the emergency department of Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital from March 2022 to November 2027 were selected for this study.The levels of vital signs,cardiac function,blood gas index,chronic health status scores(APACHEⅡ)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,all vital signs of the patients in the out-of-hospital rescue group were better than those in the in-hospital rescue group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.214,12.616,4.832;P＜0.05).The cardiac function levels of patients in the out-of-hospital rescue group were all better than those in the in-hospital rescue group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.451,20.517,10.131;P＜0.05).The blood gas index levels of patients in the out-of-hospital rescue group were better than those in the in-hospital rescue group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.159,22.257,5.393;P＜0.05).The APACHEⅡ and NIHSS scores of the patients in the out-of-hospital rescue group were both better than those in the in-hospital rescue group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.585,5.941,8.241,5.995;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Prehospital mechanical ventilation for emergency patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with respiratory failure can improve life,restore lung function,correct blood gas index,reduce nerve damage and improve the prognosis.
