Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of hierarchical and progressive teaching in the clinical practice of osteomatology of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the teaching quality of osteomatology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate interns of TCM related majors(including TCM and acupuncture medicine majors)who participated in the practice in the hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group adopted the tiered and progressive teaching mode. The traditional teaching mode was implemented in the control group. The practice time of students in both groups was 4 weeks. The differences in teaching assessment results and satisfaction questionnaire were observed between the two groups. Results:The total scores of medical history inquiry, physical examination, case analysis, operation skills, communication skills and scientific research skills were compared between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(t=-17.970,-21.883,-2.692,-19.418,-10.710,-8.870,-25.140;P<0.001).The satisfaction scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the teaching mode, with statistically significant difference(t=-7.632,-8.204,-10.846,-9.034,-8.976,-10.990,-7.760,-17.540;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical and progressive teaching mode in the practice teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine related majors can effectively improve the quality of practice teaching.
