Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application value of different diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.Methods:75 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to the hospital from June to December 2023 were selected. All patients were examined by chest CT plain scan and enhanced CT 3D reconstruction technique. The surgical pathological results were taken as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of different diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Results:The detection rate of pleural depression, segmentation, burr, grinding and spike of malignant lung nodules were higher than those of benign pulmonary nodules(t=17.013,4.102,14.246,12.654,6.506,4.624;P<0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity and negative predictive value of enhanced CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules were higher than those of chest CT,with statistically significant difference(χ2=7.670,3.000,5.318;P<0.05).The sensitivity and negative predictive value of the enhanced CT 3D reconstruction technique to diagnose benign and malignant pulmonary nodules were higher than chest plain CT at 30 s,90 s,180 s,300 s and 480 s(t=19.970,24.825,20.552,17.866,17.090;P<0.05).PH and SPH/PPH were higher than malignant pulmonary nodules(t=50.766,81.896;P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced CT 3 D reconstruction technology has high accuracy and sensitivity, which has high application value.
