Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinic value of CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR combined detection in the predicting of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods:The medical records of 132 children with mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalized in the department of pediatrics from February 2021 to October 2023 were collected from the electronic medical record system of the People's Hospital of Daye City. They were divided into GMPP group(n=95 cases)and RMPP group(n=37 cases).General information and clinical symptom incidence rate were compared. The CRP/PCT and LDH were measured by ELISA.The blood routine test were measured by automatic blood biochemical analyzer. The application value of CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR combined detection was analyzed by ROC curve. Results:The incidence of atelectasis and pleural effusion in RMPP group was significantly higher than that in GMPP group, with no statistically significant difference(χ2=5.673,18.819;P<0.05).The CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR in RMPP group were significantly higher than those in GMPP group, with statistically significant difference(t=5.322,4.051,4.563;P<0.05).The AUC of CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR in predicting of the children's RMPP were 0.780,0.745 and 0.663 respectively, and the AUC of the combined detection of CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR was 0.892.Conclusion:The combined detection of CRP/PCT,LDH and NLR can accurately predict the children's RMPP,and it has a good clinical application value.
