Clinical Study on the Combination of Tandospirone Citrate and Sertraline Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Adolescent Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of spironone citrate combined with sertraline hydrochloride in adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods:In retrospective analysis of 138 adolescent OCD patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,46 patients in control group 1 were treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets and citronone tablets,48 patients in control group 2,and 44 patients in observation group were treated with sertraline hydrochloride+citronone tablets.All three groups were treated for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy,compulsive symptoms[Yale-Brown compulsive scale(Y-BOCS)],anxiety symptoms[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],serological parameters,quality of life,adverse effects and relapse rate were compared between the groups.Results:The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2(χ2=6.728,P＜0.05).Y-BOCS and HAMA scores in treatment 2,4 and 8 were lower than control group 1 and control group 2,with statistically significant difference(F=12.654,9.715,30.352,7.891,10.507,9.654;P＜0.05).The level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in treatment 2,4 and 8 were lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2.The level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and the health survey brief table(SF-36)was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2,with statistically significant difference(F=4.857,6.692,10.925,4.150,5.013,7.103,12.341,10.942,15.104;P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,with statistically significant difference(χ2=5.753,6.385;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Spironone citrate combined with sertraline hydrochloride can effectively improve the symptoms of compulsion and anxiety in adolescent OCD patients,and can show anti-compulsive and anti-anxiety symptoms in the early stage,and can adjust the levels of IL-6 and BDNF,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life of patients,and have good safety.
