Research on the Impact of Health Intervention Based on Internet Platform on Improving the Clinical Outcome of Community Acquired Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective:To observe the impact of health interventions based on internet platforms on improving the clinical outcomes of CAP patients.Methods:This study is a prospective study that selected 120 CAP patients admitted from January 2021 to March 2023 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a conventional group(60 cases)and an experimental group(60 cases)using computer randomization.The conventional group implemented routine health management,while the experimental group implemented health interventions based on the Internet platform.The health cognition level,management compliance,intervention satisfaction and adverse prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Under different management modes,the health cognition survey scale of the experimental group showed higher scores in dimensions such as CAP pathological knowledge,relevant precautions,and personal health management ability compared to the conventional group(t=3.278,2.928,3.121;P＜0.05)The excellent rate of management compliance in the experimental group was which was higher than that in the conventional group(χ2=2.148,P＜0.05)The satisfaction scores of the experimental group in terms of scientific management measures,feasibility of management plans,professionalism of medical staff,and overall satisfaction are higher than those of the conventional group(t=2.779,2.276,2.398,3.400;P＜0.05).The incidence of poor prognosis in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(χ2=7.688,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Health interventions based on internet platform can significantly improve the health awareness level and management compliance of CAP patients,and have a positive significance in improving patient satisfaction,reducing the risk of adverse prognosis,and improving clinical outcomes.
