Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters, serum CEA associated cell adhesion molecule 6(CEACAM6)level and postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer. Methods:A total of 75 patients who underwent radical cervical cancer resection in the hospital from June 2020 to January 2023 were collected and divided into recurrence group(17 cases)and non-recurrence group(58 cases)according to postoperative follow-up.The general data, preoperative Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters and serum CEACAM6 level of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer, and ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value. Results:There were significant differences in tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, nerve involvement and nerve involvement between the two groups(χ2=5.054,5.274,8.147,4.365,7.629;P<0.05).The levels of PSV and CEACAM6 in the relapsed group were higher than those in the non-relapsed group, and RI was lower than those in the non-relapsed group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.936,4.523,3.829;P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, differentiation degree, nerve involvement,PSV,RI and serum CEACAM6 level were all risk factors for postoperative recurrence(OR=3.653,5.807,3.989,3.292,4.078,4.469,6.137;P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined prediction of cervical cancer recurrence was 0.867,and the best prediction sensitivity and specificity were 94.12%and 79.31%,respectively.Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters and serum CEACAM6 level have certain correlation with postoperative recurrence of cervical cancer patients, and the combination of the two can provide a reliable basis for clinical prediction of cervical cancer patients after surgery.
