Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)level in predicting the occurrence of placental abruption in the third trimester.Methods:45 cases of maternal in Jiaozuo People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected into the placental abruption group, and 45 cases of placental abruption without maternal in the same period were selected into the placental abruption group. The relationship between PT,TT,APTT,FIB level and placental abruption in late pregnancy, and the application value of predicting placental abruption in late pregnancy were analyzed. Results:The levels of PT,TT and APTT in the placental abruption group were higher than those in the non-placental abruption group, and the FIB in the placental abruption group was lower than that in the non-placental abruption group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.936,6.539,6.265,5.586;P<0.05).The AUC of PT,TT,APTT and FIB to predict the AUC of placental abruption in early pregnancy were 0.775,0.829,0.835 and 0.792,respectively,which had certain predictive value. The postpartum bleeding volume and cesarean section rate in the placental abruption group were significantly higher than that in the nonplacental abruption group, and the neonatal birth weight and Apgar score were significantly lower than that in the group without placental abruption(t=10.941;χ2=13.264;t=44.622,14.843;P<0.05).Conclusion:PT,TT,APTT and FIB contribute in the prediction of the occurrence of placental abruption in the third trimester, which can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the risk of placental abruption in the third trimester, and contribute to the clinical prevention and intervention of related complications.
