Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with sufentanil in patients with lower limb fracture after operation. Methods:A total of 86 patients with lower limb fracture were selected, all of them were admitted to the hospital from January 21 to January 24,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given sufentanil for postoperative analgesia, and the observation group was given ketorolac tromethamine combined with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia. The postoperative pain score, sedation score, serum inflammatory factor levels, stress response and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery,VAS score of observation group was lower than control group,Ransay score was higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.159,4.860,7.036,17.365,13.369,7.148;P<0.05).24 h after surgery, the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=8.805,4.544,8.621;P<0.05).24 h after operation,COR and NE levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=6.627,6.111;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.179,P>0.05).Conclusion:Ketorolac tromethamine combined with sufentanil has significant analgesic and sedative effect in lower limb bone fracture, which can better inhibit the body's stress response, prevent the release of inflammatory factors, and it is safe and reliable.
