Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of vaginal flora in patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis. Methods:A total of 90 patients, including endometriosis and adenomyosis patients and healthy women during the same period from July 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group(group C),and further subdivided into Group A,Group B and Group C.Group A had 38 patients with endometriosis, group B had 31 patients with adenomyosis, and group C had 21 healthy women. The distribution of vaginal flora in the three groups was analyzed. Results:Compared with group C,group A and group B significantly decreased in the abundance of Firmicutes at the phyla level, and the abundance of Actinomycetes,Bacteroides and Proteobacteria were significantly increased.Compared with group C at the genera level, the abundance of Lactobacillus in group A reduced significantly, and the abundance of Gardnerella and Atopobium increased. The abundance of Lactobacillus in group B decreased significantly, and the abundance of Gardnerella and Atopobium increased.Comparison of group A and group B groups at the genus level:the abundance of lactobacilli in group A was higher than that in group B,while the abundance of Gardnerella in group A was lower than that in group B,and abundance of Prevotella in Group A was not much different from that in Group B.At the same time,it revealed that the female vaginal flora was the Lactobacillus most. Conclusion:The distribution of vaginal flora in endometriosis patients and adenomyosis patients is almost the same, both of which are mainly Lactobacillus, followed by Gardnerella. The proportion of vaginal flora in the two diseases shows significant difference.
