Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of ultra-thin blade thick skin transplantation combined with microwave physiotherapy on moderate and severe burn and the incidence of postoperative infection.Methods:108 patients with moderate and severe burns were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received ultra-thin blade thickness skin grafting treatment, while the observation group received ultra-thin blade thickness skin grafting combined with microwave therapy. The total effective rate, wound dehydration and drying time, wound healing time, wound healing quality, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF),and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),and quality of life of two clinical treatment groups were compared. Results:After 15 days of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=5.070,P<0.05).The wound dehydration, drying time and wound healing time were shorter than the control group, and the wound healing quality score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=8.698,5.983,12.332,P<0.05).7 days after surgery and 14 days after surgery, the levels of VEGF,EGF and TGF-β indicators were all increased, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(t=3.116,6.029,8.465,4.547,3.555,4.760;P<0.001).After treatment, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social relations and general health status in both groups significantly increased, but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(t=10.756,9.294,7.995,13.195;P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of ultra-thin blade thick skin grafting combined with microwave therapy in patients with moderate and severe burns can improve clinical treatment effectiveness, shorten wound dehydration and drying time, shorten wound healing time, improve wound healing quality, improve serum indicator levels, and enhance patient quality of life.
