Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of Ginkgolide B Glucosamine on neurological function, oxidative stress markers and adverse reactions in patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 84 patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into Group A and Group B,with 42 patients in each group.Group B received conventional treatment, while Group A received Ginkgolide B Glucosamine injections in addition to the conventional treatment. The efficacy, neurological function indicators[brain-specific proteinc S100B,neuron-specific enolase(NSE),and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)],oxidative stress markers[malondialdehyde(MDA),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant difference(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,S100B,NSE and GFAP in group A were higher than those in group B,with statistically significant difference(t=20.715,22.244,12.070;P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,GSH-Px and SOD levels in group A were higher than those in group B,MDA and MMP-9 levels were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.616,6.390,13.206,2.609;P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.389,P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgolide B Glucosamine combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve neurological function and oxidative stress status in patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction, and improve the oxidative stress state in patients, with a high safety profile.
