Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on clinical symptoms and lung function of pediatric bronchopneumonia patients.Methods:96 pediatric bronchopneumonia patients admitted to the hospital from 2022 to 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different nursing programs.Control group(n=52)adopted the conventional nursing mode, and observation group(n=44)adopted the PDCA cycle management mode. The clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.619,8.766,11.035,7.313;P<0.05).After intervention, the pulmonary function indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.221,4.166,3.604;P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.035,5.669;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.615,P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management mode applied to pediatric bronchopneumonia patients can effectively promote the subsidence of children's clinical symptoms, significantly improve children's lung function, significantly improve the quality of life of the children, while the children's families have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing.
