Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between serum levels of human leukocyte antigen G(HLA-G),cancer antigen 125(CA125),and anti cardiolipin antibody(ACA)in patients with threatened miscarriage and pregnancy outcomes, and to analyze their evaluation value for pregnancy outcomes. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 90 patients with threatened abortion who were treated in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.All patients received fetal protection treatment and were divided into good and poor groups based on pregnancy outcomes, with 59 cases in the good group and 31 cases in the poor group. In addition,90 healthy pregnant women were selected as a control group. The clinical data, serum levels of HLA-G,CA125 and ACA were compared among different pre-treatment groups, and the influencing factors of pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the evaluation value of serum levels of HLA-G,CA125 and ACA on pregnancy outcomes. Results:The serum levels of HLA-G in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of CA125 and ACA were higher than those in the control group(t=24.356,25.253,20.917;P<0.05).The serum levels of HLA-G in the poor group after one week of treatment were lower than those in the good group, while the levels of CA125 and ACA were higher than those in the good group(t=8.399,6.419,5.811;P<0.05).Progesterone,β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),and HLA-G were protective factors for pregnancy outcome, while anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),CA125 and ACA were risk factors for pregnancy outcome(P<0.05).The AUC of serum HLA-G,CA125,ACA and their combination for evaluating pregnancy outcome were 0.710,0.729,0.811 and 0.925,respectively,and the AUC of the combined evaluation was greater than that of the individual indicators. Conclusion:The serum level of HLA-G in patients with threatened miscarriage and adverse pregnancy outcomes decreases, while the serum levels of CA125 and ACA increase.Combined detection of their levels has certain evaluation value for adverse pregnancy outcomes.
