Abstract:Objective:To investigate the correlation of the expression of peripheral blood interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and γ Interferon(IFN-γ),and TNF-κ B and pathological characteristics and disease progression of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:110 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 in the hospital were selected as the research objects. The sIL-2R and IFN in patients'peripheral blood were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay-sandwich technique.Levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with different pathological characteristics were compared.According to the progression of the disease, the enrolled patients were divided into advanced group, improved group, and stable group. And the sIL-2R and IFN-γ of the three groups were compared.Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between sIL-2R and IFN-γ levels, and the progression of pulmonary tuberculosis. Results:There were differences in the levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with different pathological characteristics. The levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in exudative pulmonary tuberculosis were lower than those in proliferative pulmonary tuberculosis(t=6.174,2.130;P<0.05),and the levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in proliferative pulmonary tuberculosis were lower than those in cheese necrosis. The difference was statistically significant(t=3.375,3.948;P<0.05).Among the 110 patients with tuberculosis,45 cases were in the advanced stage,30 cases were in the improved stage, and 35 cases were in the stable stage. The levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in the advanced stage group were higher than those in the improved stage group, with statistically significant difference(t=9.824,9.173;P<0.05).The levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in the improved stage group were higher than those in the stable stage group. The difference was statistically significant(t=2.860,2.365;P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that sIL-2R and IFN-γ levels were negatively correlated with the progression of pulmonary tuberculosis(r=-0.532,-0.587;P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with different pathological characteristics. The levels of sIL-2R and IFN-γ are negatively correlated with the progression of pulmonary tuberculosis, and their levels can be used as an important index to determine the pathological characteristics and progression of pulmonary tuberculosis.
