Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment of bladder spasm after transurethral prostate plasma resection(TUPKP).Methods:A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, who underwent transurethral resection of plasma prostate in Shuangqiao Hospital,Chaoyang District,Beijing from November 2020 to January 2024,were divided into indindexinic therapy(observation group)and tolterodine treatment(control group),with 60 patients in each group. The frequency, duration and pain of bladder spasm within 48 h after resection of hyperplastic prostate, saline irrigation,three-cavity and two-sac catheter indwelling were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in operation time, saline irrigation time and three-cavity and two-sac catheter indwelling time between the two groups(t=2.876,1.852,2.981;P>0.05).The frequency, duration and pain score of bladder spasm in different time periods were compared.Within 0~≤24 h after surgery, the frequency, duration and pain score of bladder spasm in observation group were less than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=8.372,8.204,7.235;P<0.05).Within 24 to 48 h after surgery, there was no significant difference in frequency, duration and pain score of bladder spasm between the two groups(t=0.523,2.238,1.284;P>0.05).Conclusion:Indallopilectomy can effectively reduce the frequency of bladder spasm after surgery, shorten the duration of spasm, and reduce the pain in the patient.
