Abstract:Objective:To explore the influencing factors of hepatitis B cirrhosis(HBLC)complicated with liver cancer based on propensity score matching(PSM).Methods:Clinical data of 565 patients with HBLC admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the incidence of liver cancer in all patients by December 2023 was recorded.Patients were divided into liver cancer group(n=57)and non liver cancer group(n=508)according to whether they had complicated liver cancer.PSM was used to match the two groups at a ratio of 1:1,and the general data of the two groups were compared before and after matching.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of HBLC complicated with liver cancer. Results:The incidence of liver cancer in HBLC patients was 10.09%.The proportion of alcohol consumption history, the proportion of Child Pugh grade C,the proportion of platelet count(PLT)and the proportion of standard antiviral therapy in liver cancer group were lower than those in non-liver cancer group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.465,7.745,2.938,5.601;P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history, diabetes,HBLC course,Child-Pugh grade C,HBsAg,AST/ALT,ALB were the influencing factors of HBLC complicated liver cancer(OR=1.994,1.621,1.556,1.872,1.468,1.752,0.506;P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on PSM analysis, the influencing factors of HBLC complicating liver cancer include smoking history, diabetes,HBLC course,Child-Pugh grade C,HBsAg,AST/ALT and ALB.
