Abstract:Objective:To explore correlation between FeNO,25(OH)D and DLCO in interstitial lung disease associated with connective tissue disease.Methods:60 patients diagnosed as CTD-ILD from Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine and Department of Rheumatology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected. The gender, age and lung function indicators of patients, including forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide of lung(DLCO),exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),serum indicators, such as 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],hemoglobin(Hb),C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-dimer,etc.were collected and statistically analyzed. The above statistical indicators were selected to conduct single-factor linear regression analysis with DLCO respectively. When the above indicators were statistically significant, the multiple linear regression analysis was carried out between these indicators and DLCO.Results:FENO level was negatively correlated with DLCO in CTD-ILD patients(t=-3.20,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between 25(OH)D level and DLCO(t=3.88,P<0.01).FeNO and 25(OH)D were independent correlation factors of DLCO in lung diffusion function in CTD-ILD patients(t=-2.56,3.33;P<0.05).Conclusion:FENO and 25(OH)D levels both affect lung fiber progression to varying degrees and in different ways, and are correlated with CTD-ILD.They can evaluate and predict the severity of CTD-ILD,providing guidance for clinical practice and more insights for the treatment and prevention of CTD-ILD.
