Curative Effect of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Butyphthalide and its Influence on Coagulation Function and Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the curative effect of Shuxuening injection combined with butyphthalide,and its influence on coagulation function and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 90 patients with ACI treated in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were prospectively enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into butyphthalide group(n=45,butyphthalide)and combination group(n=45,Shuxuening injection combined with butyphthalide).All patients were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effect in the two groups was evaluated.Before and after 2 weeks of treatment,plasma D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The nerve function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and recovery of nerve function was evaluated by modified RANKIN Scale(mRS).Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,curative effect of combination group was significantly better than that of butyphthalide group(χ2=4.444,P＜0.05).Plasma D-D and FIB levels of patients in butylphthalein group and Shuxuening combined with butylphthalein group were significantly decreased,while APTT,PT and TT were significantly increased.Plasma D-D and FIB levels of patients in Shuxuening combined with butylphthalein group were significantly lower than butylphthalein group,and APTT,PT and TT were significantly higher than butylphthalein group.The differences were statistically significant(t=6.891,6.196,4.473;P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,NIHSS score and mRS Score of patients in butylphthalein group and Shuxuening combined butylphthalein group were significantly decreased,and NIHSS score and mRS Score of patients in Shuxuening combined butylphthalein group were significantly lower than butylphthalein group,with statistically significant difference(t=11.686,6.308;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of Shuxuening injection combined with butyphthalide is significant in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve coagulation function indexes and recover nerve function.
