Effect of Touch Massage Combined with Blue Light Irradiation on Jaundice Regression and Bilirubin Level in Neonatal Jaundice Children

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of touch and massage combined with blue light irradiation on jaundice regression and bilirubin level in neonates with jaundice.Methods:A total of 170 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=85)and observation group(n=85)according to the random number table method.The children in the two groups were given massage care,and the observation group was given blue light irradiation.Symptom improvement time,bilirubin level and Jaundice index level were recorded.Results:The time of fetal stool turning yellow,first defecation and jaundice resolution in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(t=8.537,16.723,15.834;P<0.05).After intervention,the bilirubin level in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.266;P<0.05).From 3 to 10 days,the jaundice index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.218,9.841,10.433,8.133;P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint blue light touch massage can significantly promote the children with neonatal jaundice jaundice subsided,and decrease the level of bilirubin.
